ALWAYS fair and reasonable and when they put my baby down 2 weeks ago, they were sweet about the time I needed to say my goodbyes and they let me hold her as she took her last breath....they didn't ask me about money, they went thru the process with me and they let me choose options on cremation.....they knew she was my only baby...and they knew how upset I was...they didn't get in my bubble and piss me off...they were awesome"
