"horrible appliance delivery experience with the delivery company home depot uses. the purchase person at home depot was wonderful but when it came to delivery there was no call the night before as promised, instead they call 6 oclock in the morning when we were asleep and it was still dark saying they would be there in 15 minutes. with broken english they rudely said if we are not there they would leave. so we said we prefer to cancel the delivery and they hung up on us. we never had an appliance delivery at that ridiculous time with no accomodation attempt at all our entire life. they are surely not doing home depot any favors. whats the state of these hired workers coming too. dispicable! so now we are happily buying elsewhere."

"I arrived to pickup orders for delivery. I greeted the girl and gave her the order numbers. Immediately she and her co-workers started insulting me under their breath. They seemed (still) confused why people are picking up their orders. She mixed up someone else’s order (huge order) with my orders. Which ultimately wasted so much time. I’ll update this review if I notice improvement."

"I ordered a hot water heater for store front pickup through the app. An hour later, I got a text and said it was ready. I went to the store and checked in on the app and barely had time to park when the associate was wheeling it to my truck! He and I tossed it in the bed and I was out. The tank was in my basement less than 45 minutes after I left the house to pick up. Stron service HD"

"I shop here a LOT! But, I just had an especially great experience with my last order. I had scheduled a delivery of a vanity top online and it was delivered to me damaged. I called the store immediately and they worked with me to not only replace it, but drive to my house and swap it out! (I truly appreciate not having to get that bulky vanity in my car to return it!). Thanks especially to Mike, the Specialty Manager, for taking his own time to swap this out for me. And thank you to the service desk who were kind enough to help me resolve my issue! You guys are the best!!"

"I called to confirm the availability and price of a Rigid cordless tool. The customer no-service representative told me she could not leave her desk to check availability and offered no further option for assistance. Gotta love the matter of fact could care less attitude in Hilltown..."
