"I scheduled and paid for screened topsoil delivery. I was provided a delivery time slot of 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. I had indicated to call me 15 minutes prior to delivery. At approximately 8:00 a.m. I called to verify the delivery time which they confirmed. At 10:00, still no delivery or phone call. When I called them again, this time I was told that I was provided incorrect information and that they could not have delivered in that time window. Just another company with horrible customer service and now I missed 3 hours of work. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will purchase for the many reliable and professional companies located in our area."

"I wanted to write a quick review to commend Mulch Barn for their customer service and professionalism. We placed an order for mulch for a residential property through their online site. There was a issue with processing and Mark(GM) was on top of it. Kevin(Dispatch) was able to put it into their already full delivery schedule. Jeanie(Controller) handled the billing issue. The mulch needed to be delivered on a certain day and time. Considering this was not a large order or for a commercial company, it would have been easy to push it out a day or two. They made it work. I would highly recommend Mulch Barn, I never write reviews, this is one exception."

"Great place, polite work staff. Had a truck load of stone delivered. Due to a break down the delivery was delayed by a day, however if I needed the stone they were more than willing to send out a separate truck to get it to me. Fortunately I was not in immediate need, so I waited the extra day. Great place to deal with, and I was really impressed that they were willing to go above and beyond in the event I needed the stone immediately. Will definitely be using them for future purchases."
