"Extremely slow service. This place has a drive through that you can wait in for 30+ minutes easily. I sat and waited at the drive through, then when I got to the window I watched the one lady help 3 different people at the counter before even realizing I existed at the drive through. The staff is extra stressed and they will gladly tell you it’s because of rite aid corporate, they close stores and keep the same number of employees without hiring more staff to assist in the added number of customers. Although I have been treated rudely by staff here before I want to stress that this is not the staffs fault, this is corporate greed at work. I will just take my business somewhere else eventually. Specialty pharmacies such as small town pharmacy in Quakertown are much better and all about customer satisfaction. I just feel as though I shouldn’t have to drive from Souderton to Quakertown just to get my meds because rite aid can’t hire more employees."
"I just went to this pharmacy today because I needed to get medicine for my kid who was at the emergency room earlier this morning. I have been coming here the last two years and people have always been nice. Unfortunately, today was my first experience with a lady whose name is Sherry and who works at the pharmacy. Since the get go she didn’t seem to want to deal with me because when I had to drop off the prescription papers she said with a bad attitude that one was a prescription but the other wasn’t. The doctor had already sent the prescription electronically to the pharmacy for three medications but this lady Sherry said that only one was a prescription. She also told me I was going to have to wait 20 minutes to get the one medicine for my kid. So I waited 40 minutes before coming to the counter again so I could just get it without been told to wait longer. So when I inquired if the medicine was ready she said that I was not going to get it due to the pharmacist’s order. She was still speaking with the same bad attitude to me when she said this. This led me to call her out for her treatment earlier and when I did she said “I don’t need this” and walked away. To make matters worse, I witnessed as I waited earlier during the 40 minutes wait that I took to get back to the counter that she was nice to the customers who came to drop off or pick up their prescriptions. What was the difference between they and I you may ask; well it is that they were all white while I am Hispanic. In addition, I didn’t get no even one of the three prescriptions the doctor had sent electronically to the pharmacy so I left with none of the medications that the doctor had prescribed for my kid thanks to Sherry."
"Best Pharmacists who really care about the health and pockets of their customers. I have met two of them and they are both great. I leave thinking about how great they are every time I need to call or pick something up."
"If you want to use a $100 bill, they choose not to use a counterfeit pen. Which is confusing, because that is what EVERYONE does. Be prepared for the clerks “eye test” to pass your currency. In addition to, the clerk may look at you as if you are up to no good, like my wife was, judged. “This looks funny” she said. I hope she chooses not to blame her coworker, it was not his fault. He didn’t raise you, Cindy. At least she didn’t call the police."
