"It’s what i get for wanting to pop in somewhere close to home. They get a generous 2 for being attended to quickly. Prices online are wrong and so were the brochures in the salon. Nails didnt even look that great. The red flag should have been the sign stating no refunds for services. Definitely NOT going back."

"All the 1 star reviews are true! This is not the old Johnnys nails! This place is disgusting they do not use sanitation. They use used dirty tools over and over again. They don’t clean their pedi chairs!! I don’t believe they wrap the pedi bowls either! Disgusting rude people! I called them out on this and he said I was racist because I said Asian culture is clean and has standards which they do not live up to! I kept it 1000 with him! I use to be in the.beauty industry and #1 rule is sanitation over all! On top of it all my nails chipped my gel mani and pedi chipped after 3 days. I came in for a fix he fixed the chipped ones with a completely different unmatching color. They chipped again after 3 days! I use to go to a place in Hagerstown for $35 gel pedi would last 3 weeks!!!!!! So I asked for a refund he said no problem call your bank I give you refund! Here we are in oct my services were from August he is claiming I lied! So I called him he cussed me out on the phone and told me to get a lawyer because he not gonna give me my money back! Do not go here! I’m reporting them to the state board!! Oh and don’t get me started on their waxing hahahahah haha no no no no I’m was a licensed esthetician they shouldn’t have a license!"

"TLDR: I left bleeding and in pain. I go to Johnny’s a lot - not a good selection of colors but if you bring your own, you’re usually all set. Today was so bad I may not come back. I wanted a regular mani pedi, only pedi bc I want my toes and hands to match. Pedicure was fine but like 20 seconds into the manicure, she cuts my pinky with the cuticle cutters so bad it starts dripping blood. She tried the blue liquid that burns like hell but usually stops the bleeding - the cut was too deep for it to work. I had to leave without getting my nails done because my pinky wouldn’t stop bleeding. Using peroxide to hopefully avoid any infection but damn, be careful who you let do your nails!"

"My first visit there was a walk-in but the wait turned from 5 minutes to 20 minutes so I was encouraged to make an appointment. I was greeted the next day and got the blue polish. Doesn't it look fabulous? So of course I returned 3 weeks later and got the rainbow nails with clear dip polish and gel color. I LOVE how my nails are looking! I can't wait to visit again! I continue to visit this place regularly!!!"
