"My stylists was extremely rude, refused to do highlights, argued with me about the color I wanted, that I have gotten for the last 12 years, told me I had to go darker, walked around for 40 minutes into my appointment, having done nothing, then comes back and tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable doing anything toy hair because she thinks I need to go darker. I spoke to The manager who told me they let stylists refuse to do someone’s hair at any time if they don’t think it’s going to turn out how they want. They also made you fill out a form on intake about your hobbies and how much money you were willing to spend and how often you were going to commit yo getting your hair done there. I have never seen a business so unprofessional and rude. I had gone here regularly several years ago but the pace was much nicer and business oriented then."
