"Very fast service. My hands were pulled by a woman (I forget her name) into UV nail lamp several times. When she tried to tell me to move my hand further inside UV nail lamp, and I did not do it- she became frustrated by slammed her hand on the table to show me what I was supposed to do it. She told an owner to show me how to do it correctly. I told them my hand was hot in side the UV nail lamp. . I noticed she became impatience and finished doing my nails in the short time. Unfortunately Princess Nail was one of my favorite place to get my nails done. I will not go there again."

"Very fast service, but they're not clean. I noticed the towel on the table for my fill-in was used and asked him for a fresh one. He told me he'd do it that one time as a courtesy but they wouldn't do it again because it's "too much" for them. I've never been to a salon where staff have an attitude over the customer wanting clean supplies. In addition, my gel polish was uneven and he didn't want to fix it. Won't go there ever again."

"I love this place! I just recently moved to the area and have been wanting to find a good nail place. Their prices are very reasonable, and they take their job very seriously here. One of my nails were put on a tiny bit crooked, (I couldn’t even notice) and the lady doing my nails decided to redo the whole nail for me because she wanted it to look the best it could! I also had my nails done (the ones pictured) by the gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) but he was very adamant about finding the perfect colors to match the picture I showed him, and he was spot on!! The people here are very kind, and they take their job very seriously. My 3 experiences with them have been great!"
