"I got a pedicure 8 days ago. The girl didn't use any products nothing to soften my cuticles, nothing to soften my heels. She rushed & was down the whole pedicure in less then 20 mins. When I left I noticed at home the polish was cracked. 4 days later of course my the polish chipped all the way. I leave for Miami tomorrow go back to get my toe fixed. The owner, the man in the shop. Is on his phone doing absolutely nothing but refuses to fix my toe nail. Says they don't have time. To fix one toenail that would maybe 3-5 mins. I've been going there for years. He knows me by name. NEVER AGAIN. The customer service was trash he was rude. And the pedicure was done properly to begin with. Please don't go here."

"Always a great place for pedi and mani. I get dip nails here often and all the staff does a good job. They can get busy so I highly recommend calling ahead or making an appointment if you are worried about walking in. Not going anywhere else in Frederick any time soon."

I was alittle disappointed by the gentleman who did my nails because he was constantly on phone when I was just wanting to get in and out. Furthermore, my nails turned out good.. the facility was clean and the people was nice..."
