"I always liked going to Goodwill stores, but I can no longer stand the strong perfume smell they spray in the stores. This store has an especially strong perfume smell where I had to wash the clothing three different times in order to get the smell out, and being in the store irritates my sinuses. That cannot be healthy for the customers or workers to constantly breath in those strong chemicals. Several months ago I called the Customer Service line about my concerns, and the individual on the line said that others have voiced similar concerns. Recently, when I tried going back, I could smell the perfume odor from the parking lot. That is excessive!"

"The rude male manager while I was waiting patiently in line to pay for my items stormed off after ringing the lady in front of me without ringing my items. He looked at us with disgust in his face and stormed of without saying a word. There was no acknowledgement to us that he was closing his counter and to please go to the lady cashier at the next aisle. My family and I were speechless and felt disrespected and the lady cashier who ended up ringing us, saw what happened and apologized for his behavior. I was my first and last time shopping at this place."

"The staff is very nice. The store is clean. One star was given for the friendly staff. My complaint is they are way more overpriced than other Goodwills in the area. I usually leave with nothing because of high pricing. I find myself thinking where are you coming up with this price? Goodwill’s have always been known for their reasonable prices. All is donated so inventory hasn’t gone up. Not sure why this particular Goodwill decided to put high pricing on their donated items."
