"We rented 2 bikes to see the monuments in DC and get some time on the C&O Canal. (Side note - Labor Day was a great time to do this as DC was very quiet due to the holiday weekend!). We’ve rented e-bikes before in other cities, but these were much nicer. The owner, Mimi, was super helpful and informative. My friends bought e bikes from her a couple years ago, and we got to borrow their Sena Bluetooth helmets, where we can talk to each other up to a good distance apart while biking. The staff was so nice in helping us out. This is one of our best experiences learning about them and renting e-bikes. "My experience with Pedego Frederick was top notch. I went in looking for some information, and Mimi was extremely generous with her time to help me understand the bikes and answered all my questions (no matter how basic). She even let me try one of the bikes and helped me feel comfortable even though it was my first time on an electric bike. When I decided I was ready to make a purchase, she was so helpful and supportive as I decided what I wanted. On pick-up day, she made sure I understood my new bike, again answered all my questions, and ensured I had everything I needed. Knowing that she is there if I have any future questions and to help maintain the bike gives me so much peace of mind. I’ve had the bike for a week and I love it more than I even thought I would."

"My husband and I spent just one day exploring Frederick, and renting an e-bike from this shop (we had another one with us) made it a perfect experience! Paxton and Mimi were so welcoming and helpful; they made sure the bike was properly fitted, explained how to use it (easy!), gave us a map of the area, and suggested routes that are safe and interesting on a bike. The price was very reasonable too. We toured the cemetery where Francis Scott Key is buried, and then biked up and down the beautiful long park and trail along the river/canal. The shop is just two blocks from the historic city center and the trail. If you're planning a visit to Frederick, consider renting e-bikes here, you won't regret it!"
