I was left with smudged nails and white crusty dust between my toes from the arcrylic that was placed on my toe nail. There is no good customer service and the owner treats the causian clients better and with more care and care"

"Placement of nails was fine but when she started painting them I guess she was rushing so the lines came out crooked $65 too just a little disappointed with how she painted my nails in a rush because I was super excited to get them done for thanksgiving"

"I have gone here once before to get my nails done for prom and they did a fabulous job. Today I came in to get regular fill and I left feeling miserable about how my nails turned out. First, I had an appointment and didn’t get sat until 40 minutes after my original time. Secondly the whole experience was rushed. The lady who did my nails was very harsh on the amount of pressure when filing my nail. My cuticles look dried out and damaged, not to mention I have some scraps from her filing “techniques”. The paint and acrylics look like they were blobbed on with no care. I asked for French tips and they aren’t smooth edges, crooked, and smears. The worst part has to be the little designs (flowers), I asked for on my middle and ring finger. They look like a child drew them on in all honesty. I am very disappointed on paying 65 dollars plus tip for my nails to turn out this poorly. Will not be coming back. Update: with in a week the acrylic started to lift near my nail bed due to improper preparation from the nail tech"
