"was there for my mother's last days, little choice being Christmas week. first room surrounded by welfare residents, bathroom window broke, held closed with duct tape, smell so bad I could not breath. second room smell was really bad, and dirty, don't stay here, no matter what. police were called twice for domestic issue with full timers. I requested a refund, no chance I was told."

"Stayed one night first time staying here or a place similar my room 123 Was honestly very clean smelled clean and everything was spot on nothing I could really complain about would give a 4 star but the location is not that but you can most definitely get a good night sleep here. If your room is not great ask for accommodations"

"I stayed here for 27 days. They put me in a room where the window had busted glass. The bathroom tub was nasty and stained up. The white trashy lady was doing drugs and laughing all the time. The Indian guy acted like nothing was wrong when I brought it to his attention. I would never recommend no one to stay in this rat infestation dirty hotel. The rooms from 114-117 are nasty and filthy. Glad I left."

"Stayed here for years for our annual family reunion, last year was the last time. We know its reasonable, but the rooms, linens, and bathroom conditions were the worst we've ever seen, not to mention the number or insects and flies, this go round, we know to keep doors shut and not to turn on lights when door is open. we left early I'd rather sleep in car."

"Great location for the event at the Sussex County Fairgrounds that my friend and I were attending. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and the people running it are very, very nice. Truly. Considering some of the negative reviews I was a little concerned about staying there but found none of what others described. I would 100% stay there again and am planning to when I'm back in Newton in the fall. Reasonably priced and a perfectly fine place to stay!"
