"Brought my grandmother in today for a trim. Was at the door when they opened. The employee unlocked the door from the inside, didn’t try and start to open the door for you, did not say, “good morning”, had her back to me while walking to her chair. Clearly she didn’t want to be there. My grandmother got in her chair, told her what I wanted. Ran a quick errand for ten minutes, came back, she was just finishing up apparently. It didn’t look like she did anything. Barely any hair on the floor. After she ran the blow dryer through it, I asked her if she could trim a bit more. It was the last thing she wanted to do. Had a horrible attitude and a puss on her face the entire time. An extremely rude employee who should not be working with the public!"
