Instead of turning me away and telling me to come back another time, Joa the manager went the extra mile and helped me return the item. She was very nice and professional and I greatly appreciated her helping me after the store had closed. Thank you Joa."

"Got what I needed which was a headlight bulb but this is a 2 because the woman working the cashier couldn’t help me fix it and gave me an attitude which I didn’t like and another employee was there who could’ve helped but he was to busy smoking his cigarette"

"I'm at the store today because I need to replace 2 aftermarket exhaust clamps. I see they do not carry the same style clamp I need so I chose to buy the u bolt style clamp. I ask the guy behind the counter to measure my broken clamp I brought with me as an example. I ask him if he think it's a 2 1/2 or 3 inch clamp. He says no a lot smaller and measures it lmao. He measures the thickness of the clamp and tell me it's 1 3/8. Obviously this individual has never worked on vehicles or knows anything about vehicles. So he was pretty much useless. So I get the size clamp after I measure it. It's 2 1/2 inches. So now I'm at the register trying to pay and the girl behind the register is telling me my credit card isn't working and to try another card. That card didn't work either, so she asks for help. She is directed to use another register and she becomes distracted into a conversation with another employee. At this point I just walked out of the store and drove over to advanced auto parts and with in 5 minutes I was done and driving home. I'm done with autozone!!! Try hiring people that have interest in what they are doing."
