"I’m from NJ every time I’m in PA I try a different spot for cheese steaks . Today I walked in to slacks . I was greeted as soon as I walked through the doors. The gentleman broke down the different types of breads and cheeses and options . Very friendly all the staff was friendly and made us feel comfortable . Even came out and asked us how is everything which was amazing . From the bread the the juiciness in the steak . It’s a well put together cheesesteak. Thank you guys wish you guys many more years of success."

"I got a roast pork hoagie with broccoli rabe and sharp provolone that came with a side of au jus as well as Pete’s crabby fries which were seasoned with Old Bay that came with a side of American cheese dipping sauce. Rolls are freshly made on-site and everything was cooked perfectly. It's a hot take, but the roast pork might be better than DiNic's. Fries are comparable to Chickie and Pete’s and might also be better. Definitely try this spot."

"The garlic bread Cheesesteak is one of the best Cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Bread is always fresh, and the perfect meat to cheese ratio. The fries are the cherry on top- so excellent with great seasoning. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I’m a bi weekly customer from here on out!"

"Stopped in on a Monday afternoon, service was quick and extremely friendly. Had the Phillies game on so I dined in, tabled were clean food was hot and fast. Sandwich was on extremely fresh bread fresh baked bread. Meat was fresh ribeye cooked to perfection. Had the pumpkin spice deep fried Oreo and that thing was out of this world as well, not from this area but if im back I’ll be back here for sure! Pete the owner was awesome to talk to about sports and the industry! Will absolutely be back here"
