"Places sucks, went in an hour before closing. out of stock on basically everything good, girl making the bowls was rude and inpatient, fat dude with the neck beard at cashier was rushing us out of the door, some random employee started blasting trap music while we were trying to order and I could barely hear what the cashier was saying. Once we opened our bowls the rice was over cooked and mushy, the chicken was burnt and dry, and the bowls were overall put together horribly. Good to say I will never be back at this chipotle again and I highly recommend dinning else where for anyone looking to eat here."

It was evident that the employees couldn’t be bothered to provide even a basic level of customer service. Upon entering the establishment, I was met with an environment that was not only filled to the brim with customers but also filled with an overwhelming sense of chaos. The sheer volume of people seemed to overwhelm the staff, leading to an inefficient and unpleasant dining atmosphere. The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired. Trash was scattered everywhere, contributing to a general sense of disarray. The tables were notably dirty, with visible food remnants from previous patrons left unattended. This lack of cleanliness not only diminished the overall dining experience but also raised concerns about the hygiene standards of the establishment. The overall impression left by this visit was one of complete disregard for customer satisfaction and restaurant upkeep. It’s disheartening to see such a renowned chain neglecting the very basics of hospitality. I hope that Chipotle takes immediate steps to address these issues, as they significantly impact the overall reputation of the brand. My experience was not only disappointing but also, quite frankly, disgusting."

"It’s a shame how much this place seems to be going downhill. I opened my bowl to not being a full bowl like it usually is which was disappointing. My boyfriends bowl was filled even less…I wish I took a picture. I also ordered a tortilla on the side and when I opened it, it was hard as a rock I didn’t even try to eat it. It’s also upsetting that there are other people complaining about the same issues and the manager or owner hasn’t responded to them…at least the ones that show up on my end. Which tells me that they do not care about their customers. Most likely won’t be supporting this location in the future."

"the manager is telling the employees to cut back on the scoops cause they are running low. stop shorting your customers Really need to work on your standards cause you skimped out on everything. I feel ripped off. So i left a mess for you to clean up. Enjoy. Wont be returning to this one went back again. your better off walking out when they are short on stuff cause they will skimp out on everything to try and make more sales. 50 / 50 shot your gonna be disappointed at this place employee sat down next to me. his bowl is huge over flowing. what a joke ur establishment is. a JOKE"
