HG Coal Fired Pizza (Warrington Pizza) 626 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976

"I just went to warrington pizza today to pick up my pizza and the customer service was horrible this night. I am going to give specifics. There was a white girl with blonde hair and wearing a pink crewneck working there on Friday night. Her attitude towards me was so rude. She forgot one item on my order and told me stand there and spoke to me in a rude tone saying, "you can wait 5 minutes for it." Also, when she gave me the money back she literally didn't even hand it to me at all. I literally had my hand out for the change. She just left it one the counter. Gave me the most rudest look. I think she just doesn't like people who aren't her race, especially Indians. Like girl I am sorry but leave your emotions and feelings at home. Sometimes when you don't get good service you don't enjoy the pizza. When I have been coming here for years and this pizza is my go to place. I know this shouldn't determine if I should come here again. But, I know I will act the same way if she acts like this again. Sorry for this rude message. However, I do hope the girl was just having a bad day, but I still thought it was very rude to do to anyone. On the other hand, I have nothing against the owner at all."

"I went in wednesday evening. Ordered 2 cheesesteaks. The rolls are smaller and thinner. They were totally tasteless. We had ordered for take out a month ago and they were sooo good. Today they were worthless."

"We used to eat here pretty frequently, but I had 2 bad experiences in just the past week. One thing that hasn’t changed is that we always end up paying more than we expected, which is why I usually just get a slice or two for myself. So the other day I got 2 slices with artichokes, which have always been good in the past. This time they just didn’t taste right. I don’t know if the artichokes were bad or if they changed something about the pizza, but it just wasn’t good. I’ve had their pizza hot, cold, reheated in the oven and the microwave and it’s always been good. Not this time. So I decided to get something else today. I got a wrap with extra ranch on the side. When the girl on the phone repeated the order back to me, she said, “2 ranch on the side”, so I just thought they put the ranch on the side instead of in the wrap. Well I was charged $1.50 for 2 sides of ranch when I ordered one side of ranch. Also we ordered a cheesesteak with pickles. We were charged 25 cents for pickles but there were no pickles. Also the menu online shows the wraps being $10 but I was charged $12. So if you like paying extra money for every little thing from a place that doesn’t update their online menu to reflect current prices, then this is the place for you."

"Customer service was excellent. I called to edit my order after I did an online order. They were quick and efficient. Food was ready when I got there. I even grabbed some bagels for tomorrow morning. Pizza is delicious and crisp like we like it. Definitely recommend!! I want to try the wings next time for sure!"
