"Where do I start. This location is closer to my house so I loved when I saw it was coming. When it first open and even up until this year it was ok. But I've gone in this past week and let me tell you. There are as many as 5 ppl visibly stealing not caring that ppl can see them they walk out with carts full of stuff this happened the last 2 time I was there. Not enough staff to be able to do anything about it. The manager needs help. He can't handle the amount of theft. Sadly I don't think this store is going to be able to make. It much longer..and I don't feel safe even going in there. Sad because I love Berlington been shopping there my whole life"

"We were there today and my wife had easily $300 worth of clothing she wanted - but the dressing rooms were closed. So we bought nothing and left. Do better, Burlington!"

"This was my first time entering this location since it moved there. If I could negative stars I would have. I will not go back ever. The store is a compete mess. Product all over the floor. Horrible! The managers needs to be let go. The cashier was rude. Saw us standing there waiting to be checked out and kept hanging stuff up and pretending to read the tags on the items. The other cashier kept looking at her like what are you doing. We moved down to the other cashier whom was nice. Then the original cashier took the next guest. Just horrible place. I do recommend this place to anyone."

"The store is a disaster. Items are just all over the floor. Last time I went here was around Christmas time so I thought it was just customers who could care less and left the store a giant mess. Today I came to this store at 11 am on a weekday and it was STILL like a hurricane came through. This place is a joke. I came for shoes for my kids and the shoes that they have are all over the floor and nothing is organized - not to mention stains and scuff marks on the new shoes. If management can't be bothered with keeping their store to a higher standard then why should we compromise our own?"

"This store is a total mess. There’s so most stuff thrown all over the floor someone could easily fall and have a lawsuit. There seems like not one person working here cares. They really need to close and reorganize this store immediately."
