"I give this place 2 stars for half effort. I bought some Airmax 95 at the Mountain Rd, location DTLR outlet. I normally do not run into any issues with any shoe store employees (at other shoes stores) going to the back of the store coming out with both of the matching size shoes you ask for! I purchased the shoes. I went to put my new shoes on a week later and I have 1 size 10.5 and 1 size 9.5. I went back to the store to get the other matching size but I could not find the receipt. The lady working at the store just printed up a receipt for store credit. The guy that pulled my shoes the original time remembered me! I went back to the store days later to use my receipt with store credit and there's a new lady at the register, she says you suppose to have a gift card and you have to wait until the district manager comes in. long story short the district manager called me when she came back from her vacation, and said they have to run the cameras for proof. The district manager called me back days later and confirms the cameras showed me purchasing.... she then said can I give you a call back it a little busy can I call you back at a better time, I said sure. 2 months later I'm still waiting for her Call Back! I'm a HealthCare Traveler so I'm not always available to deal, So I just think of it now as a Donation!!!! to your Store!!!!!!! Please People check your sizes EVEN IF YOU TOLD THEM YOUR SIZES and even if they repeat the size to you when they bring the shoes back out!! I guess it's a first time for me!!!!"
"The young lady at the register was really nice. The online return wasn’t so simple with the packaging slips but she managed to get it all settled … I got a store credit but I already knew that was gonna happen. The sales guy on the floor was very friendly too they both greeted me when I walked in. Oh and the young lady went in the back to turn the music down :-)"
