"I really like the items & and prices, but the employees need to work on their mannors. I saw a recent review that a woman could overhear them making fun of customers, to my surprise it happened when I was there too! They were mocking people who were calling on new years day saying how annoying it was to them. Mocking peoples voices for asking questions & everything...immature staff."

"Not worth the effort.… They didn’t even bother to look through one of my two boxes of consignment clothes, probably because they were judging my items based on my look (I’m too punk for the suburbs, as usual). They called five hours after I dropped off the items and expected me to come right back, but didn’t tell me ahead of time same-day pick up was to be expected."

Not only did they want me to drive in person. To find out what the offer was, it could have been $2. Although I doubt it since it was 10 shirts that were brand new for $16.95 each. I just don't know what they were gonna offer. 20 bucks would have been fine. But if not, I was going to take them back but now they can destroy it away. This is a once upon it Glen Burnie. They should make all their register. Attendants say the policy out loud if they are going to react in such a drastic way to throw out clothes. I got my offer 10 minutes before they closed the store.That DAY .& GOT MY VOICEMAIL JUST NOW"

"I’ve been buying my son’s clothes here for almost two years, but after my experience today I will not return to this location. I spent about 30 minutes in the store today and heard employees speak to and speak about customers in an extremely unprofessional manner. Two separate scenarios. I let them know everyone could hear what they were saying and was met with mostly blank stares. Some of these employees looked like actual children. I think they need some guidance on how to appropriately conduct themselves at their place of employment. Edited to add: the Gambrills location is fantastic, has KIND employees and better/cleaner selection. Take your money there!"

"Absolutely love this store. The employee's were great and the items I purchased were really nice. Retail price I'm sure I would have spent well over $400. I was pleasantly surprised when my total was only $50. Great prices, quality named brand items and really nice service."
