They always ask if I would like a coffee, water or a snack. If I ever had an issue with color or a cut they will fix it no problem, and even helped fix my daughter’s hair from a terrible hair catastrophe! The owners, Jayson and Jamie are the sweetest, and know excellent customer service! I will never go anywhere else!"

"I wanted to wait until I had a few visits before leaving a review and I am glad that I did. My first few visits were excellent and the technician was phenomenal. There is a trust that gets built up between a client and hair technician and salon and my last visit with a different technician was horrifying. I asked the manager to resolve the issue but my hair is so badly damaged that I don't think there will be a way to resolve it. I truly can'not understand how the same hair color was used in my hair and then there was this horrible reaction at the last visit. Nothing about my dermatological condition changed and there is no way that if the same products were used on my hair and scalp would have caused a terrible damage that I suffered. Half my hair broke and had broken and fell out. The color didn't even cover like it should have. I wonder if the products were changed and the technicians were not updated? If I add up all the products and services I spent over the amount of visits, products I used it is close to $800 and upon my last treatment to have my hair destroyed and not be compensated in any way is very unfair. It's A beautiful salon and I was so happy with my hair it was so beautiful before the last treatment it is such a shame."

"Decided to try this salon because its location was convenient. Went twice & had the same girl. While my stylist was very nice, and the facility is impeccable (clean + offer drinks & snacks) I won’t be going back. I called to ask for a different stylist for my next appointment because I’m just not happy with my hair. There’s a weird change of color happening midway down my hair which has never occurred from getting simple partial highlights. I can only explain it as a chunk of color that’s really light almost like part of my hair was painted and made a different color than the rest. The receptionist put me on hold twice because she needed a manager to reschedule me because it was “complicated”? Then told me I’d get a call back. When I was finally called back, I was told I’d first have to come in for a consultation because I’d need to explain what my expectations were & THEN I could book an appointment for my hair. Fine, I guess? But what really got under my skin was the receptionist said the manager told her I need to understand I wouldn’t be getting anything for free. FREE? I never once even insinuated or asked for anything free. All I wanted was a different stylist and they chose to get escalate it as if I was wrong for asking for someone different. Never again. Be warned- they find it insulting if you don’t like your hairstylist and want someone different even though you’re the one spending the money."

"This is by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had . I’m in customer service myself so i definitely know how to create a great customer experience. I received a hair extension service. My color was completely destroyed by KAYLA . I asked for blonde highlights and I received this muddy color . I called in crying for someone to fix my hair and they did nothing to accommodate me . They are all rude there at the front desk . Not only do they over charge you , i called back to get a tightening and they had the nerve to say I had to come back in for a new consultation and get charged for new hair (within a 6 month period ) I’d advise not to get any color or hair extensions at this place . Poor service and unqualified stylists ."
