"Briana is my go-to Esthetician. She provides me each session with the most appropriate skin care service for that point in time in regards to my skins condition. Briana and I have known each other for quite a while, and I would not be as comfortable with someone else sitting in her chair. She has always been a super warm hearted and caring person, which she seemlessly carries over into her position at Young Beauty Spa. I feel zero judgement and know that she truly cares. She isn't scared about being upfront and honest either and I really value that in her professionalism as well. Briana also has product knowledge and is able to make recommendations for products that correlate with your skins needs. I am absolutely obsessed with the one product she has introduced me to for my skin care regimen. Overall, my experience at Young Beauty Spa has been very satisfying. The vibe and setting is very low key and laid back and the attention to detail shows through in their rooms as well as the main floor. I appreciate very much their ability to be flexible at times to accommodate my schedule as well. Thank you to all at Young and Beauty. It is not always easy to enter a Salon and Spa when you are feeling defeated and are self conscious about your skins condition. It has still been difficult for me, however, I know that when I enter and leave each staff member has one goal, and that is to provide professional and caring service to their clients."

"My daughter and I treated ourselves to the Luxury Collagen Spa Pedicure, and I must say it was truly delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The spa ambiance was serene, with dim lighting and relaxing music, providing a pleasant change from the usual hectic nail salons. The salon itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the staff dressed professionally. The owner is such a lovely person! She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. Vicky Jia did my pedicure and let me tell you, she has magic hands! She truly delivered an exceptional experience. We opted for the gel pedicure, which was worth the extra cost. It's been almost two weeks, and the polish still looks shiny and new! This beautiful spa far exceeded our expectations, and we could not have been happier with our time there. I highly recommend it!"

"I made an appointment which was very user friendly and arrived on time. I was greeted by Michelle with a nice smile then she walked me back to the pedicure chair, and she adjusted the seat for me and turned the massage on for me and then gave me the catalog of colors to choose from. I have been to alot if nail salons with the very bright lights and you sit right next to some one and people across from you, not relaxing or comforting in the least, ugh!! Here the lights were dim the music was playing softly and there are only three chairs and no one sitting across from you! I closed my eyes and felt so relaxed, when I came out I felt rejuvenated! I just got so tired of the hustle and bustle of the other salons and the rude overworked staff. Here customer service is their main priority and believe me it shows! This spa offers facials, waxing, anti-aging solutions and nails. When I got home and showed my daughter she said, "that is the best job ever, I've seen on your nails! I am so grateful that I found this slice of heaven. The workers are calm happy, inviting, and they even wear scrubs with the name of the salon! So professional, and when the workers spoke to each other they did so very softly! I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be a returning customer! A big thank you to the staff for doing a wonderful job!!"
