"Very easy and pleasant experience getting a battery replaced. Eric was chatty and friendly as he installed it right there where I parked. I’m not handy with vehicles at all but within 20 minutes of walking in the door they had the whole issue solved. It was a relief to get it taken care of so seamlessly."

"Extremely Disappointed with Management and Staff at Autozone in Easton I am compelled to write this review after a series of deeply unsatisfying experiences at Autozone. My primary issue lies with the store's manager, Edison, whose conduct and management style have significantly impacted the quality of service. Firstly, Edison's demeanor is consistently belligerent and argumentative. During my interactions, he not only lacked basic customer service etiquette but also demonstrated an unsettling eagerness to engage in pointless arguments. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. Moreover, Edison's lack of automotive knowledge was glaringly evident. For a manager of an autoparts store, one would expect a reasonable level of expertise, or at the very least, a willingness to seek accurate information. Unfortunately, Edison neither possesses the knowledge nor shows any interest in rectifying his gaps in understanding. Another critical issue is Edison's apparent disregard for acknowledging and rectifying mistakes, whether his own or his employees'. This attitude not only erodes trust but also speaks volumes about the store's commitment to accountability and customer satisfaction. Speaking of the staff, it's clear that they are a reflection of their management. The employees under Edison's leadership seem poorly trained and often unsure about basic auto parts queries. This lack of training not only hinders efficient service but also adds unnecessary frustration for customers seeking expert advice. Most troubling, however, is Edison's blatant disrespect towards female customers. On several occasions, I've observed (and personally experienced) his condescending attitude, insinuating that women lack knowledge about cars simply based on their gender. This sort of gender bias is not only outdated but also deeply offensive. It is distressing that such attitudes still prevail and are even fostered in a professional setting. In conclusion, my experiences at Autozone have been consistently disappointing, primarily due to the problematic management by Edison. His leadership style, lack of knowledge, poor customer service, and unacceptable attitude towards women create an unwelcoming and unprofessional environment. I hope this feedback prompts necessary changes, as no customer should have to endure such a dismal shopping experience."

"Visited the store for new windshield wipers and Mason was great. He made sure I came away with what I needed and offered to install them himself. Phenomenal customer service."
