"Sadly, I have to even put a star in order to do a review. The experience I had over the phone today was by far the worse. Called initially and spoke to a boy who constantly put me on hold (red flag #1) more than 3x to find out what time I should bring my daughter in for a simple blow out. Finally said in 1hr okay fine. As I’m on my way there even with gps finding the shop was slightly difficult if you are not from the area so I called to find out the landmarks. Spanish speaking woman answers didn’t understand so she kindly said hold on. Rude little girl come on the phone and I kindly asked well what are you guys next too since I am having a hard time finding the location. She named all these spots which was in my vicinity so I said okay then she goes to ask well are you the one with the little girl that’s been here before. Long story short we have never been there and my daughter is not a little but a teen. She later states well we don’t usually work on sundays and are really busy right now after I already told her the little boy who answered the phone earlier, took my name and number and told me to come in an hour with my daughter. Then goes to say well the point is we are really busy right now and we can not take your service and hung up. As a person coming from a field where customer service is priority this was by far the worse encounter I have had. I am really hoping this girl I spoke to learn a little bit more about how a business should be ran before making a fool of herself and update your google. The hours of operation clearly says open on Sunday until 7pm. A simple I apologize for the inconvenience would have went a long way instead of hanging up because you guys failed to keep your potential customers satisfied ."
