"My mom purchased black timberland boots for my son. Men’s size 11 1/2. She went to the store told them what she wanted purchased them. I believe it was on 12.17.23. My son opened the shoes on Christmas Day, upon opening the box we could tell the shoes were worn and returned. The bottom of the shoes were so dirty, marks on the side of one of the boots. My mom called the store explained what happened the woman she spoke with said the boots could be exchanged for a new pair. I took the boots and the receipts to the store on December 30th and was met by a nasty large black woman and a feminine black male rude as ever and told me once you purchase a shoe and walk out the store you cannot return them at all. I will never spend a mother dime in this store I wish I could give 0 stars. Customer service is terrible"

"I have tried this location a few times and each time, I’ve tried to overlook the lack of decorum from the employees, but the lack of customer service here is insane. I did; however, receive very good customer service once….where the employee followed me uncomfortably around the store . It was so bad I asked for them to hold my items at the counter. The last straw was last week. I (the customer) had to greet the two employees in the store. The first greeting went unanswered (I suspected that they didn’t hear me). The second greeting was acknowledged. The one employee answered and was irritated that I interrupted her while she was watching something on her phone. The second employee looked me in my face without saying a word and fixed her hair into a ponytail. Disgusting!!!! I was with my kids and I had to explain to them why we were leaving, why we do not spend money in places that treat you horribly and why they couldn’t get what we came for. You would think that being in a destitute shopping center would encourage businesses to be just a little more happy to see customers, but clearly I’m mistaken."
