"Ordered food and it came with all drum sticks and no breasts. When I told them to switch it out they gave me a hard time about it not being possible, when they finally decided to switch it for me, Loman decided to grab the box of food out of my hand, threw it in the garbage while talking in a low voice purposly so I don't hear him blabbering. Then proceeded to go to get a different batch of chicken and handed it to me aggressively. After leaving and sitting in my car that is parked at the entrance, I watched him explaining the whole issue to his manager. Wouldn't recommend to eat here if you want some peace. With this kind of attitude I wouldn't trust they people to make my food."

"I ordered a chicken meal combo. I got my food but asked for a dipping sauce, and was told sandwiches don't come with sauce. I was charged $.50 for a sauce. If I'm going to be extorted after being charged 11 bucks for a meal, I think I'd rather pass on this "southern" hospitality."

"I remember when I moved to Lansdale, it was a delight to come to this location but this has gotten so bad now, I’d rather drive all the Way to Norristown the food and service is way better. They are so incompetent, it’s like they don’t know what they are doing . I’m just not returning ."

"I ordered a 5 piece tenders meal and they only gave me 1 sauce. When I asked for 1 more sauce they charged me 60 cents. I understand that they can't give out tons of sauce for free, but I assumed you would at least get 2 free sauces with 5 tenders just like other Popeyes restaurants. If the owners are worried about charging for sauces no matter how many tenders you order, it seems they have bigger issues. In the meantime I will take my business elsewhere."

"Normally I don’t post reviews like this, but this Popeyes location completely changed that. I got disgusted to the point where I felt the need to take the time out of my day to write this review. Today there was a buy 1 get 1 free chicken sandwich meal offer. Waited in the drive thru window for 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge us. Finally after 10 minutes of yelling hello to the window and waiting, they talked to us and gave us the wrong order. They made us wait in the parking lot for an additional 10-15 minutes to get our order. Waiting this long for FAST FOOD is outrageous. Brought food home after waiting an eternity. It was DISGUSTING. Please do not buy popeyes from this location, it is pathetic. The chicken quality was awful and you could just tell it was old. Everything was soggy and cold. I feel like I might throw up. The drinks were flat and also disgusting. I threw away the remaining food, 25 dollars wasted on this trash. This place keeps going downhill. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT eat here, I am warning you. Absolutely horrendous. Horrible service. Never coming back here. Would give this place a 0 star review if I could."
