"I came here to give it a try because of the rave reviews so I ordered the Chicago deep dish. Unfortunately, the entire crust was very hard from being overcooked. When the pie was cut, it didn't go all the way through, so I had to cut it again after I got home. The sauce and cheese was good. Don't think I'll be going back here. Edit: I engaged in a conversation with Tim and provided them with a second opportunity. The pizza they prepared was delectable, leaving me with a satisfactory experience during my second visit. Tim exhibited exceptional courtesy and adaptability. I intend to return to the establishment in the future."
