"Worst experience i ever had with pizza delivery. 1st delivery guy shows up without the pizza, only the wings and he asks me to come to his car to get it, creepy. 2nd delivery guy comes back in 15 min with cold everything. It’s sad that pizza huts has fallen to this level of customer service."

"Ordered food through the Pizza Hut app it was 20 minutes late. Both pizzas were wrong. The Mozzarella sticks were French fries instead. And when we called to get it fixed the put us on hold and then hung up twice. Called back and asked for a manager they said they were the manager and when we told them what happened they said who delivered your order we told them several times we ordered through the Pizza Hut app and when I said I didn’t know he said what do you want me to do and then after I said I wanted them to fix it he said he couldn’t because he didn’t know my number or name which he never asked for and then hung up."

"Someone forgot about my order when I placed it online and had to wait 15-20 mins for it. I also tipped because I wanted contactless order and had to go in and actually wait for it. They need to step their game up or re-train staff.. I gave 2 stars because the guy at the front said he’d take care of it"

"Pizza Hut is now contacting out to door dash so what happens when you have a delivery issue? You order through Pizza Hut ant 3:30 and get a text when door dash picks up your pizza and you can track it…this is good because you can see if the driver is going the wrong way. Not so good when you call the driver to tell them they are going the wrong way and they don’t listen. The tracker says they will be at your door at 4:07 but they get there closer to 5:00 with cold pizza. You call Pizza Hut after calling door dash twice to say they are going the wrong way, Pizza Hut tells you they can’t do anything once it leaves the store and to call door dash. Whatever happened to accountability I didn’t place my order with door dash i placed it with Pizza Hut."
