"My wife and I were there jan.13 2024. Last two customers of the day,only 2 customers there. We both asked for mani/ pedi's. Seemed like they wanted to go home and get us out the door, cause we "both" recieved the quickest most incomplete job we ever recieved. 1 week later, I we have to have it done all over again. We're very disappointed in this place as we have been here before and got decent work. We still have hangnails, cuticles never trimmed, asked the girl on the phone for hot rocks, never got them, and we were rushed out the door, it seemed. Overall, it cost me $ 130 plus a $20 tip for each tech. $170 total. They have lost a good customer. I hope this helps."

"I went in for a gel removal and asked for a soak off. Clearly, the technician wasn’t interested in that since I wasn’t getting any additional services. They proceeded to Dremel off the polish, and I should’ve stopped that. My nails are now paper thin, and a couple of them are actually painful. The length I had gained peeled off within half an hour of leaving the place and and now my nails are below the fingertip line. And I had to pay for this! I will never go back."

"Sunny is amazing and always does such a wonderful job on my nails! Last time I got acrylics I think he did an acrylic full set and they turned out beautifully. This time I just needed an acrylic refill with gel polish and they are perfect. He was nice about it whenever I wanted something a little adjusted like the shape of them or length. The pricing is reasonable here as well! I recommend LA Salon and Sunny!"
