"The staff their are just very unprofessional. Any little complain you make, they make faces and start talking to each other in their language. They also overcharge. My sister and I went in and got the same type of nails both short, square, and french tipped.The only difference was that my sister came in for a refill meanwhile I came for a full set. The lady doing my nails charge me $50 dollars, the problem was the lady with black, short, kinda curly hair charged my sister the same amount and when we brought up the fact they should be less since it was a refill the man and women became defensive and started to point out every little thing that added to $50. We also let the know that they left some nails shorter then the others but they dismissed my sister and told her she was “too picky”and to never come again. We didn’t understand because the whole point of the service is to get nails to your liking?"

"Today was the day the rudeness was so profound I won’t go back. I’ve been patronizing this salon for 4 months every 2 weeks for gel manicures and every 4 for a pedi. I’m not sure why I felt the rudeness was even acceptable prior to today. The prices aren’t lower than other salons in the area. If the owners are the rude older lady and man that only do nails, and never acknowledge you at all, Im suspecting the younger woman who only does nails and not pedi is a relative….maybe a daughter. Schedule for a mani/pedi. The salon was running 30 minutes late. Maybe this woman was trying to make up the lateness but in her rushed service she was so rough on my nails they hurt and had deep while scratching on the top of 3. I pulled my hand back when it hurt and she started speaking loudly to the older woman in her language. I walked out after paying for my mani and politely declined the pedi. This time I didn’t reschedule."
