"First and last time. The customer service was okay. The stylist was nice and polite. She needed to do multiple other things in between doing my hair which led to her actually leaving the salon at one point. Which didn’t bother me much. I’m African American with natural hair. My hair was already washed and partially detangled and wet upon my arrival. I went in for a blow out, flat iron and trim. I asked for pin curls after the blow and flat iron. I asked her not to pass the flat iron through multiple times. I was charged $85. She only trimmed the outer parts of my hair so in between I still need my ends trimmed. My hair turned out puffy with no curls at all the next day! I don’t know if I was charged that much bc I was black, natural or a new client however, I don’t feel like my hair should have cost that much! I was not happy with this experience."
