"Tried setting up an apt when I originally called, not one person returned my call. I called back a week or so later and got someone right away and set it up for this past Saturday. I got a call the morning of my apt that the hair stylist was sick and had to reschedule so I set it up for today. I now had to reschedule todays apt because of extenuating circumstances on my end and was told I was changing the apt too much that I couldn’t reschedule. I could only call day of and I was flabbergasted. I went to explain that they are the ones who had to reschedule my original apt, the guy hung up on me. They are the ones that rescheduled on me for my original apt. Disappointed, because the reviews seemed so great."

"I have been a client at The Strand for years and I brought my wedding party their the morning of the wedding. On my wedding day, we walked in and they had mimosa’s set up for us (without us even having to ask)! As usual, they did a great job with everyone’s hair. Thanks to them, we were all able to relax a little bit before the long day/night. Courtney, Gary, and Michael definitely started the day off right for all of us. The Strand does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and right at home. I love this place and the dogs are a bonus!
