"I've eaten here many times since they opened but the last 2 times were in the past year, place was dirty, no enthusiasm or welcoming feeling from the young people working there, and the burger was not the burger I was accustomed too. The bun was horrible like cheap 99cent store brand rolls and the burger had no flavor. I'm guessing they changed their provisions supplier because this was one of my favorite burger places. I always looked forward to getting something whenever I made it down to Best Buy."
"Disgusting!!! We were missing 3 items from the order and the tots were squashed. They sent 1 straw for 4 drinks. The lettuce from the chicken sandwich was rotten."
"I love the skeletons in the seats. It was great to have a bonehead of a date lol. A little expensive I got 2 burgers, 2 tots, and 2 special milkshakes and it was $50 something. That’s crazy for fast food. I also feel like I waiting a while for the food to be completed. If I was on lunch break it would have used my time up quickly."
"Food was greasy, but they're hamburgers, so that's expected. It also took longer than expected for our order to be ready, but they make things fresh, so again, that's expected. Staff was kind and pleasant. The dining room is open and was clean. I thought the deep fried pickles came with some kind of dip, but they came naked. Ranch would be delicious with them next time."
