"My daughter went in for a regular polish change. Usually it’s $10, but because she had gel on prior, it was $15. That’s fair. As she was getting her nails painted, she noticed the polish seemed different and made sure they were using regular polish and not gel polish and the lady said “you can use gel polish like regular polish”. So after spending $18 ($15 plus $3 tip), these are her nails not even 12 hours later. More so, when I called, they insisted they wouldn’t use gel polish as regular when the woman doing her nails told her that’s what she was doing (and you can see in the pictures it’s not regular polish). After me explaining this several times, they hung up on me. Never going again."
