"Irregular halfs over the back-Stepwise cut. Worst hair cut ever had, Got to know it after the hair is completely dried up. Asked just to decrease half inch but got chopped off more than an inch. I don’t understand if they dont want to follow the instructions, then what’s the purpose of asking the requirement."
"Stylist seemed very unsure of herself and I basically had to walk her through the entire cut. Regardless, I still ended up with a botched, asymmetrical cut that I needed to get fixed elsewhere. Avoid this location at all costs."

"7th Oct 2023 - I generally do it at the Eagleview location. Due to the wait time, I came to this location. It was a pathetic haircut for both myself & the kid. Alica (I don't want to call her hair stylist), she doesn't seem to herself and not following some of the basic things. Completely uneven cuts in the side and the front, I even went back and showed all the staff how terrible it looked. Christy promised to raise this with the store manager. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who is looking for a basic haircut. If you're looking for some styling etc, don't even imagine visiting this location. Horrible customer service. Shame on Great Clip's franchise for having such a poor store on Main Street. Please stay away."
