"Been here a handful of times. Not the friendliest but did a good enough job. I went today with my sister, who was born with a limb difference and only has one hand. Where all other nail salons she has been to only charge her half price (because it’s half the materials and half the time), On The Nail refused and demanded full payment even after we questioned it. I will NEVER return and hope anyone reading this does the same and decides to spend their money at a more accepting nail salon. $10 was more important than being inclusive to people with differences."

They’re unbelievably friendly and make you feel comfortable the entire time. Plus they’re so funny! They did an amazing job on my gel manicure and gel pedicure. They also take their time with the massages which is very much appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for your nails. Thank you guys!"

"Went on Friday, got a gel manicure and upgraded pedicure. My nails are already chipping/coming off and are dulling. I have not done any activity to cause this to happen, the lady that did my nails, did them during my pedicure and she seemed in a bad mood the entire time. The woman (Hannah on her name tag) that did my pedicure was super nice and the only reason I gave this place 3 stars"
