"I have been getting my eye brows threaded for years now and this visit was the worst one ever. I go to the same place back home and they are great. The woman basically took off my whole left eyebrow. Making it so thin and ruining the shape I had. And the right eyebrow is a little thicker but still too thin. I don’t have thin eyebrows and you can tell my shape and thickeness by looking at my eyebrow. I went in for a cleanup and she completely destroyed my eyebrows. Thin eyebrows are not the trend so it doesn’t even make sense why she would make them so thin. I will never be coming back to this place again. And thank you for ruining two years of growing out my eyebrows."

"Bad customer service every time I go. This most recent time, had an appointment for 7PM and wasn't seen until 7:25. When the lady came out she asked me if another customer who hadn't been waiting as long could be seen first because her service wouldn't take as long. I will say they are good with eyebrow threading but they are never good with waxing any area, they always leave hair behind."
