"went in a week ago for a haircut mvp double. asked how i wanted it cut i said medium length block the back i part my hair on the right and because of the shape of my head i want it blocked not tapered. she tapered the back have bruise on the back of my head my hair is so short i can't part it now the cut was uneven. been here before excellent cuts before but this was worse than a boot camp buzz."

"I'm not one to get my haircut often, normally one to two times a year, but my experience was one that has made me consider going to this specific store much more often. My stylist was an absolute gem we chatted the entire time and she walked me through the whole process making sure I knew what I was asking for and explaining what she was doing. She checked in and offered suggestions based on my hair and what would look best on me. She was kind and considerate and the biggest downside of the whole experience was that I never got her name. So thank you very much for the best haircut I've ever gotten to the woman with the 54 (likely more by now) tattoos."

"So, I go to to this Sports Clips because I live right next door, and up until today I've always had a decent experience, taking the MVP and leaving the highest tip option. Today, I went in and had my hair cut by Lauren. To start with, when I described what I'd liked done, she sighed and told me she didn't know what I was talking about and that I needed to know all the numbers and details about my haircut (down to the inches!) if I expected her to do it.I joked to try and break the tension, apologizing for not knowing what I was talking about. Lauren went further into her criticisms, going so far as to ask me my age and then tell me I was too old not to know exactly what I want done with my hair and that doesn't understand how I didn't. I know that, in the grand scheme of things, she's correct. I should've known more details, but thats no reason to make a customer feel stupid or like an inconvenience. I will not be getting the MVP treatment anymore, and I will make sure that (just like today!) my gratuity reflects the level of hospitality I receive. Severely disappointed today."

"We called ahead of time to check closing times and wait times. We were told they will take walk-ins until 4pm. Right after we got off the phone we tried to check in. It would not allow us. So we drove to the location. We waited in line just to be told my son couldn't get a haircut. That they were all booked. Which would have been fine if we were told that on the phone. She tried saying they filled up in a matter of 2 minutes of a phone call and loading the site. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Get a staff that gives correct information over the phone."
