"Terrible service! I had the misfortune of having a woman named K.P as my assigned employee. She was awful and rude. I was trying to understand her and explain what i was asking for. She rushed me and wasn't gentle at all. Constantly had her cold hands on my face and opening my eyelids while she put way too much lash glue on my eyelashes! I complained that they were itching because she put way too much glue and this woman started raising her voice at me. I also asked her to follow my eyebrow tattoo shading when tinting my eyebrows. She managed to mess that up too and left a bunch of residue on my eyebrows. I wasn't upset I had to pay for the lashes though I had her remove them. I was upset at how she spoke to me as if I was less than for letting her know I was uncomfortable and also because she was unapologetic. I asked for the managers number because I do expect a refund for this terrible service. Recently found out that they had my number blocked while other numbers go through. Not only are the employees and this place shady they lack any business skills. I have come here before and never worked with her but she really ruined my respect for the salon. Save yourself the disrespect and go somewhere where the workers are properly trained and licensed. Will not be coming back."

You can tell the business runs itself as a team! That being said, you never have to worry about which technician you're placed with and/or choose! I always leave pleased! "I don't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded. Bhavisha is my favorite, but all the ladies are very kind and professional. They really take customer service seriously. You never need an appointment and they do their best to get you in and out while still doing a great job. The salon is always clean. I have never had a bad experience here. Most clients are getting their lashes done also and I can see they take their time and it always turns out beautifully. I don't even live in the area, but it is worth the drive to know my eyebrows will be perfect!"
