"I went here just a few days before my vacation. I had talked to Janae to have my braids done. She didn’t read her text thoroughly and thought I wanted large goddess braids but I told her no I told you in the text I want medium. So she had all types of attitudes because she thought she was going to be done my hair in 2 hrs when it actually took 5 hrs because of her not checking her messages to see I wanted a style that would take a little longer. After she was done my hair, yes I loved it! She does a good job but when it came to the ends of my braids where she had to attach the human hair onto the ends of my braids it was hideous! It wasn’t until I home I noticed how terrible my hair looked. My 17 year old daughter even asked me what did she do?! I paid her $200 for a hot mess. Don’t get my wrong she does good braids but this particular style she should’ve told me I can’t do this style. She did refund me $100 because I was unsatisfied. I tried to get her to redo my braids and she didn’t not want to do that either before my vacation. Janae is lazy and obviously doesn’t like her second job which is braiding hair. I should’ve left the minute she got upset that she had to do my hair longer than she anticipated. This was actually my third time coming to this shop and the second time I gave Janae a chance to do braids. She did my daughters knotless braids and they started coming out a few days later. Never again! I forgot to mention, I had to take my hair out completely because the style was ruined. Waste of money and time! I can’t believe she let me walk out of that shop with my braids looking like that."
