"Although Steve is a great barber, he always request that you make an appointment before coming to see him but when you make an appointment you’re never seen at your appointment time. Then he gets upset when you are late for your appointment but if you happen to show up on time like I always do he gets mad when you have to leave when you have to go to work when he can’t see you at the time that you made an appointment that he accepted . So if you happen to come by, don’t plan on doing anything after or at a set time because he will not be on time but expects for you to be very professional and on time. Oh, and if you happen to also be there right at the time of your appointment, he pushes your appointment back by 30 to 45 minutes right at your scheduled time so you have to wait longer sincerely speaking from someone who has gotten their haircut by Steve for the last 10 years and was only late once"

"If I could base this review simply off the owner Steve this would be a 5 star review. Ive patronizing this business before, brought my son and my nephew here, even got my hair by Steve and the service was spectacular. Today I went in to get a shape up with the back and side’s temped. And I left almost completely bald on one side. I am all for the growth and learning but it should have been announced and acknowledged that the young man in the shop today was an apprentice before cutting my hair. I had no knowledge before sitting in that chair the barber (Not Steve) had little technical skills. Steven didn’t charge me for the cut but I feel like I should have received compensation for being a LIVE DOLL for this amateur to practice on. When people leave the barbershop they want to look and feel better than they came in. I left Celebrity barbershop today feeling angry and wanting to fight. I did not write this in hopes of no one soliciting their services. I write this in hopes that young man is properly trained and before returning to the floor. #AskForSteveOrJustLeave"
