"Eric and his team are fantastic. I love my kitchen and bathroom - still, after six years. I am finally getting around to a review because recently I just recently discovered a minor issue (minor enough that had gone unnoticed that whole time, but important enough to fix ASAP). I didn't think BPK would want to fix something after so long, but I reached out anyway - Eric immediately responded and started working to get something scheduled. While it took some time to get something scheduled that worked for both of our calendars, when Yuviny came out to take a look, he did a thorough review, fixed the issue, and fixed another related issue we hadn't even noticed! Plus, Yuviny and his colleague were kind to my chatty cat, so that will always win extra points. Eric is easy to work with, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Definitely consider working with BPK if those things are important to you - you can't beat his communication and responsiveness."

Communication was great the whole way through. The team that actually did the renovation was professional, courteous and worked fast. The final result was completely as expected and reflected the 3D renderings. Any small items that required follow up at the time that the renovation was done were addressed promptly. From the initial visit when we described what we had in mind, everyone at Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel was incredible. They took a significant amount of time to explain the process, work through the specifics of the design with us, and help us be comfortable with the investment we were making. Marissa was outstanding throughout the design process. Once we settled on the design, we worked with Eric to quickly get the contract signed and they started the work as scheduled. Eric made the contract process easy. The people that came in and did the work were professional and very competent. The workers always cleaned up the house each evening when they were finished for the day. The company also was very quick to come by and supervise the work being done. Any minor changes were quickly handled by the supervisor. When we asked them to change some outlets for us that were not specifically in the contract, they quickly agreed. We are completely satisfied with the work that Bath Plus did on our kitchen. We are looking forward to getting a couple half-baths remodeled in the future and we will only call Bath Plus Kitchen Design Remodel to do the work.
