"This store is a gem!!! In our search for quality furniture, we have visited dozens of big box stores and at least a half dozen non-chain stores that are dealers for Hancock and Moore. From both an inventory and customer service perspective, Duane and Sarah’s store is without equal. From visiting many other stores, I can tell you that it is rare for a dealer to stock in-store pieces that are in the higher grade leathers. We flew from out of state just to experience it for ourselves and when last minute travel issues arose, Duane was kind enough to open the store ON HIS DAY OFF so that we could better understand for ourselves what Hancock and Moore is all about. The Keeping Room had more unprotected leathers in stock during our visit than we had seen in total from all of our prior searching. You have to experience these leathers in person and with an experienced dealer who can help you understand their value. Duane is such a dealer. You can see how much he cares when you talk to him…the excitement in his eyes when he talks about Hancock and Moore. His decades of experience with Hancock and Moore are invaluable in understanding their furniture line, leathers, and the history of the company.
