"I have been waiting for a dresser I had purchased with the bed for 3 months, I have so far paid the store several visits after my calls were not answered, each time they make excuses that the item is not in stock and I have to wait (I was supposed to get the dresser a week or maximum 2 weeks after they delivered the bed) but SO MUCH for their promises!!! I had in the past referred other friends and neighbors to shop there, given the price was probably more reasonable but with their terrible customer service and the way they handled my recent order, I doubt it if I will go back there!"

"I wanted to give them 5 stars when we went to the store to purchase furniture but unfortunately after having horrible experience with the delivery I really regret that we went to that store. I wish someone could tell us earlier not to buy anything from there . We ordered bedroom set, sofa and dining table with 8 chairs. It took them more than 16 days to deliver. Bedroom set came with different mattress not the one we ordered so we had to return it and wait for another one, dining set came only with 6 chairs not 8 and 2 of them were defected so we returned 2 defected chairs, and sofa also had some defect and they told us they only can exchange it but we have to wait for new order another 2 weeks. Over all first time we ordered furniture more than a month ago and we still waiting for our mattress, 4 chairs for dining set and new sofa. They promised us to deliver it by today but it never came. It was really hard to reach them to solve the problem so my fiance had to speak to the manager but even though after speaking to the manager it's taking more than a month to get our furniture. Very disappointed("
