"We had not been to this location since before the pandemic. The store has been completely reorganized. Merchandise was easy to find. However, the checkout has been moved to back of the store. Before, there were a number of checkouts throughout the store. The rear checkout signage was hard to see from the front of the store. We actually had to ask someone where is the checkout!"

"It was 11:37 pm and there was still 23 minute left and the loss prevention guy is racist and mean and did not let us return one item. They did not let us go in even though store was still open.This is the 3rd time the security ink thing they left on and forget to take it off."

"Excellent deals however I was disappointed when all purses were locked and you could not look inside of them to see if it was what You were looking for. I understand it was a method of stopping shoplifters however it also takes away from purchases. I found an employee who told me it was against the rules for her to open the purse in order for me to check inside. She did finally agree to open it and I did end up purchasing it however I may have purchased more if it had not been such a hassle to get one opened up."

"I don't even know where to start with all the wrong that happened in this store today on a Friday evening. Aside from the obviously filthy clothing store and long wait to check out, where the cashiers are yelling at you. The fitting rooms were shut down (yes closed), when asked if it will reopen no one has an answer or even knew it was closed. The only registers that were open were in the very back of the store with the line wrapped around. I could understand closing them if it was a slow night but it was very busy. At this point I would rather drive to the Bowie store than step one foot back into the Arundel Mills location. Terrible"
