We were returning an online order and they were very helpful and even helped us with paying the extra penny we owed, even though I offered. Both gentlemen working were awesome team members that seemed as though they really enjoyed their jobs. I will return even though I live over an hour away!"

"I chose to visit the Converse store outlet in Arundel Mills and at 11:00am I waited only to discover the store wasn’t opened for its patrons, I even waited an additional 15 minutes while the person opening was getting head gear and his cash register prepared. These business tasks should be done in proper timing to open its doors for business as stated on the store front window. My time is very valuable and I don’t appreciate these sort of bad business practices."

"I use to visit this store often until a few bad experiences a little over a year ago I swore I wouldn’t go back since it seemed like I was a bother to people working there if I ask any question. My daughter needed a pair a chucks for a party so I had to go since it’s closest to home and I was blown away by the customer service compared to what it was before. I was welcomed right when I walked in. It was pretty busy but the woman helping people on the floor Jenn, was amazing. She was helping many people including me but I never felt rushed. I told her what I was looking for which was a certain color to match my daughters dress and she went above an beyond to find me what I needed. She asked for pictures of the dress so she could check the back and brought out many shoes until we found the perfect match. I only needed one pair but the sale on a second pair was good so I got another. If it was not for her I would not have considered a second pair. She must have been helping at least 4 other peole at the same time as me but never let it effect her service with each of us. The cashier was also very friendly. I asked if the store was under new management and she informed me that yes it was and that Jenn was the new manager. From my previous experiences to this one was a complete 180. I’m so happy since now I can come back and shop again because my family loves converse. I worked retail for many years and you can tell when someone enjoys their jobs and appreciates their customers and Jenn most definitely does. Converse is lucky to have her and they have gained a loyal customer back because of her."
