"Made an online order for store pickup and got an email and hour later that it was ready for pick up. Went in next day to pick it up and after 15min of employees searching for it, I was told that they didn't have it and the order should have been canceled, not marked as ready for pickup. Waste of 45min of my Saturday morning driving to the mall to hear this and now have to call support to get my refund. Won't be ordering from them anymore."

"An “outlet” but they charge more for the same items than other Old Navy locations. I bought a clearance dress for a 6 month old at the long gate location for $7, and brought it here hoping to return it and get a different size. The same dress was on clearance here for $17."

"We shop here alot! Great prices and even better sales and discount coupons. My daughter loves their t-shirts and jeans! I got this cloud outfit from there over the pandemic and it's held up! My daughter got her shirts and tights from there and same for my sons! We have lots of Old Navy and The Gap ❤️❤️❤️"

"Came here to pick up an order. The employees were really helpful and friendly without being overbearing. The prices have gone up!! $50 sweaters and $80 jackets. I remember when Old Navy was much more affordable. Prices didn’t correspond to it being an “outlet” at all in my personal opinion. I love their jeans and basics so I went straight to clearance. This is also a much bigger store than I’m used to which can be a good or bad thing. Plenty of things are discounted but still pricey depending on your budget. The kids and clearance section is large and the mens section had a ton of options so that’s also a plus. I would recommend checking it out!"

"The men's and children's areas plus some of the women's areas looked like a bomb went off. It literally looked like the clothes that had fell on the floor had been swept back under racks. I went in looking for a regular tee shirt in a solid color and I took a look around and left. I have shopped Old Navy stores in many different states but this was THE worst store I've been in so far. If corporate executives would have seen the shape of this store I wouldn't want to hear what they would have said."
