"My daughter went to exchange 2 pairs of shoes. The cashier that was doing our transaction notice that we had 2 different size this time. So she ask my daughter did she try on the shoe. She then ask her to try it on to make sure it fit. It didn't so we had to go look for the right size. We got back to the cash register and the cashier notice that the shoes we brought back wasn't their. She got the manager to help she look at what was on the counter and said they are only getting one pair of shoes. We started to explain what happened and she caught an attitude with us and the cashier. She then completed our transaction with an attitude. This was my first time in this store. Thought my experience would have been better. The cashier had a very pleasant attitude. May she should become a manager."
