"I agree with the first 2 comments. Zero customer service when they are at tournaments...like I can't order an item because they are away? Backordered items are handled so poorly , they lose invoices, charge you anyway for nothing. Highly disappointing."
"I suggest that customers order items from United Kingdom website for now because the price is much better. You have to compare the price in the US and UK website, otherwise you will be ripped off. Even though you order it at USA website, it comes from UK via DHL. And the worst thing is they charge an international transaction fee even though I ordered in US store website. Also, while they go fencing tournaments, there is zero customer service available for two weeks!"
"Products may be quality, but they’re impossible to get as the website and net infrastructure are impossible to navigate. Tried for an hour to purchase an assembled blade and an handle only for the website to a.) be unable to take certain commonly used credit cards and b.) refuse to take the credit cards it claims to allow. Absolute Fencing Gear has proven to be much better."
