"We were at a big event over the weekend and my son accidentally left an item sitting on the table. He didn't realize I had ok'd the purchase and paid for it due to it being a bit expensive. It wasn't until we arrived home and I asked him if I could look at it that we realized what had happened. We drove all the way back to the venue , unfortunately they had already left and the tournament was over. We found the name of the company on our credit card receipt, but after reading the reviews online I was hesitant to even bother reaching out. I sent an email Monday morning with a copy of the receipt as well as a photo of the other items purchased and explained the mistake. In just a couple of hours they had reached out, taken my address, and shipped me a replacement. What could have been a very costly lesson for both myself and my son was made right by this company. "Error in shipping. Requested expedited shipping. Once received order was incorrect size. Emailed to inform of error and received no reply. Called and the number on website has no greeting so I am unable to confirm I reached the correct business. Received return email after posting review that stated it will be corrected and resent. Will update again when new item received."

We had some trouble trying to order the product online, but I was able to get in contact with Eric and he went above and beyond my expectations. Our team received the uniforms in plenty of time to get them hemmed and patches sewn on. Based on my experience this time, I would fully expect to be a customer again."

"Horrible service from beginning to end, especially by the owner. 1. 2-3 weeks delayed shipment. 2. No communication and found out only after calling today that order was never processed because they could not order on their end (ie. they did not have enough funds or enough orders on their end). 3. Owner hung up on us without apology. 4. Mark up on prices is very bad as well. Highly advise you to stay away from ordering online, by phone, and AT ALL from them. There are tons of suppliers with better service."
